For what purpose do we treat your personal data?

In BIKE SPAIN we treat the information provided by the interested person in order to give you access to a contact where you transfer us. Respond to your requests for information, send information about our trips, hire trips, invoice, after-sales service and loyalty, as well as, send you advertising, offers and news through different means, provided you have given your consent.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural people with regard to the processing of personal data, communicates to the users of the Website that the information provided through our website via the appropiate forms and/or e-mails received, and which are considered as personal data, will be incorporated into our information systems, in order to manage the requested service, answer your request and/or process your petition.
The users guarantee and respond, in any case, of the veracity, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and non-excessiveness of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.

The person in charge of the file has installed, in compliance with the regulations in force, all the means and organizational measures and techniques available according to the state of technology to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data provided, in order to ensure your privacy.

In no case will they be used for different purposes or assigned to third parties. BIKE SPAIN is clearly positioned against ‘spam’, so in no case will it use personal data to send unsolicited commercial communications without your authorization.

However, they will be those that have been consented or expressly authorized by the addressees in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, except what is stated in article 21.2 of this same Law, in the wording given by the First Final Provision of the new General Telecommunications Law.

The user has the confidentiality and secrecy duty of all those who treat the data in its name and on behalf of same. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user is aware of the possibility that the security of communications over the network is not invulnerable.

Right to withdraw the given consent:

The interested party may at any time revoke the consent given to the processing of their data by writing to BIKE SPAIN at the address, previously detailed of the Treatment Manager, or to the email previously detailed in the Manager Contact, with the reference Protection of Data, attaching a copy of their ID or equivalent identification document, without this revocation of consent affecting the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Right to claim before the Control Authority:

In any case, the interested party may, if they understand that their rights have been violated, file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, domiciled at calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 of Madrid, telephone 901 100 099, and website


Origin of Data:

All the data of the interested party treated by BIKE SPAIN have been freely informed by the interested party.
In case that personal information is included in the application, by people who do not own it, the user must, prior to its inclusion, inform said persons of the points contained in the preceding paragraphs. BIKE SPAIN disclaims any responsibility for the breach of this requirement.
