Your Cycling Holiday Checklist

Remember, we’ll take care of all the details during your trip, including your bike, accommodation, and anything else you might need. But before you hit the road, make some time to double-check that you’ve packed all the essentials for your bike ride:

  • Rule #1: PACK LIGHT.
  • Rule #2: Make a list of items by category.
  • EQUIPMENT:
    – Obligatory when cycling in Spain! We can provide you with a helmet, but recommend that you bring your own.
    – Bike shoes. Make sure to check what kind of cleats your shoes are equipped with: Look, SPD and SPD-SL are the most common.
    – Biking gloves. Summer and winter
    – Flashlight or headtorch.
    – A water bottle is also essential, but we provide one for you!
  • BIKE CLOTHING:
    Cycling shorts.
    – Short/long-sleeve cycling jerseys. These are included in our guided tours!
    – Cycling socks.
    – Arm / leg warmers.
    – Wind / rainproof jacket.
    – Sunglasses.
  • OFF BIKE
    – Evening / Casual shoes.
    – T-shirts or casual shirts.
    – Trousers or jeans for casual occasions.
    – Casual dress
    – Cap or Sun hat
    – Sweater / jacket for evening.
    – Bathing suit and flip-flops for swimming/spa facilities.
  • PERSONAL ITEMS:
    – Passport plus a photocopy.
    – Other personal ID.
    – Money (cash and credit cards).
    – Insurance (accident and medical insurance policy is included in our guided tours.)
