Spectacular cycling trip in the North of Spain, combining mountains, gastronomy and historical heritage.

Level

Experience the passion, excitement and emotion of “La Vuelta” during the second week of the race in the North of Spain. Bike the same roads as the pros just some hours before they arrive and enjoy VIP access to the start and finish line of the stages.

La Vuelta is the most intimate of the 3 professional European grand cycling tours. The beauty of La Vuelta is that we have the opportunity to get close to the cyclists, watch them pass by, witness the starting and/or finishing points of the various stages and visit the hotels where the teams stay. The day generally starts with a morning ride and after a relaxed lunch we face the last kilometers of the days’ stage.

Starting in Madrid, we will continue the tour cycling through the classic Pyrenees ports, including Tourmalet. From Pau, we cross Spain again to ride through Rioja and Cantabria.

Throughout the tour you will be accompanied by our fully equipped van, should you wish to take a break from cycling. Our experienced guides will ensure our road bikes are adjusted to your preferences -or you may choose to bring your own bike-. They will be at hand to assist you from the moment you arrive in Spain, having great knowledge of the country, the roads and the routes to ensure you have nothing to worry about but the pleasure of cycling.

The relaxed atmosphere and accessibility to the pro cyclists and their teams during La Vuelta make it a very special experience. Staying in deluxe 4-star hotels with VIP access to the race areas and spectacular supported bike rides with our experienced Bike Spain guides, we can guarantee this will be unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime-experience!

Highlights

  • Cycle the PAU time trial before the cyclists.
  • Extensive cycling tradition tour: Andorra, Tourmalet, Pau, Basque Country and Cantabria.
  • VIP access to the start and finish line of the stages.
  • Privileged views of the race.
  • Close contact with the professional cyclists and their teams.
